Our Commitment
R.A.G.E. Ministries respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Gospel Ready Families resource. We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
When you request the guide, we collect your first name, email address, consent time, delivery status, and limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse. We also record basic funnel events such as guide signups, downloads, call-to-action clicks, and outbound resource clicks.
How We Use Information
We use your information to deliver the requested guide, provide occasional ministry encouragement and related gospel resources, maintain the security and reliability of the website, understand whether the resource is useful, and meet legal or operational obligations. You may unsubscribe from ministry emails at any time using the link in every message.
Email and Service Providers
We use Resend to deliver email and organize contacts who request Gospel Ready Families. We may also use privacy-conscious website analytics and, when configured, Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel to measure aggregate campaign performance. These providers process information according to their own privacy and security terms and only for the services we request.
Data Retention and Security
We retain contact and delivery records for as long as they are reasonably needed to provide resources, maintain accurate unsubscribe preferences, evaluate ministry effectiveness, or satisfy legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Gospel Ready Families is intended for parents, grandparents, and adult caregivers. The signup form is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe through any ministry email. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with your email address, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or unsubscribe-compliance purposes.
